Anderson Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy has been assisting patients from the PNW since 2012. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate medical service to our community.
Phil L. Anderson, MD.
Phil Anderson, MD, graduated from Loma Linda University Medical School in 1988 before performing his residency at Madigan Army Medical Center. After Madigan, Dr. Anderson served at the 121st Combat Support Hospital in Seoul, South Korea from 1994 to 1997. He is board certified through the American Board of Otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat) with an additional certification from the American Academy of Otolaryngology. He currently has hospital privileges at the PeaceHealth Medical Center in Vancouver, WA and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
Our Policies
Appointments -
Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment so all the necessary paperwork can be filled out without running into your appointment time.
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy -
Patients will be charged $50 for cancelled or missed appointments.
After Hours & Emergency Care -
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Prescription Renewals -
Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.
Financial -
All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our office should you have any financial questions or concerns.
